At Projem, we offer complete engineering support to calculate correct procedures and ensure accurate bolt tensions. Our highly trained and experienced technicians ensure that these bolting techniques are carried out in a competent, safe and efficient manner.

Projem holds a wide range of tensioning equipment to cover stud sizes up to 3 1/2″, with access to larger sizes as required. All equipment is well maintained and calibrated through accredited laboratories, to ensure it is intrinsically safe for use in various industries. Our fully equipped portable store container, also allows us the ability to have the correct tools on-site and on hand, providing a quick turnaround and reducing plant shut-down time.

Tensioning Equipment

Projem has a range of tensioning equipment to cover stud sizes up to 3 1/2” and with access to larger sizes as required. To support the use of tensioners, Projem offers a complete engineering support to calculate correct procedures to ensure accurate bolt tension. Our well trained crews will apply these tools and technique to achieve accurate bolt loads with leak free connections on critical joints. All equipment is intrinsically safe for use in various industries.

Hydraulic Torque Wrench

Projem carries a range of hydraulic torque wrenches to cover the majority of applications. The wrenches come with square drives that can be used with impact sockets or interchangeable low profile cassettes can be supplied to nominated size to suit the nuts.
